Terms & Conditions 

1. We will only accept claims for damage and shortages when noted at time of delivery – We must be made aware of any non-standard equipment. We are able to wait 20 min at delivery point – we will not be held responsible for compound deliveries that stamp/sign P.O.D or ‘unchecked’. Also checked in Dark or Rain is not our responsibility when damage has been missed by vehicle checker.

2. We will not be held responsible for any damage claims regarding the movement of used/second-hand vehicles (except in cases of road traffic accidents.)

3. Aborted collection/delivery – if we arrive at the agreed collection point and the vehicle is not available – we reserve the right to invoice the agreed delivery fee. If you cancel within 24 hrs we may still invoice 50% of the original fee.

4. Incorrect delivery/collection information which leads to additional mileage may result in additional fee being added to the original quote.

5. We will not be held accountable for missed deadlines due to circumstances beyond our control – such as traffic delays, accidents, breakdowns, injury or illness. However it is our priority to provide the best punctual service possible. If delays do occur we will keep you fully updates at our earliest opportunity via email, text or phone.

6. Payment – Our terms are 14 days from invoice date – we are happy to be flexible regarding long term contracts/ weekly work. However we reserve the right to charge admin fee’s to chase late payments.

7. Delays at collection/delivery point charges at £20 per hour after the first 30 min

8. Where collection of a Bankers Draft is required we reserve the right to charge a fee of £30 for this service. This will include any wait time at the Bank on collection.
